Refund policy

Because each Idle Coast item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
